This hotel is a great find! It's so close to the airport and London, plus right next to a fantastic shopping center. The rooms were nice, but a fan would've been handy, and having a bath without a plug was a bit inconvenient. The service was spot on, just what you need for a smooth stay. The dining options included craveable salads, which was a nice touch. The facilities were good overall.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, close to the check-in area in the building and very convenient for traveling to Heathrow airport. The rooms in the attic areas were cozy and clean, although a bath plug was missing and a fan would have been useful. The service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating.
